I do. We will find the best way to get your chosen piece safely to you.

Costs, customs and import taxes…
Unfortunately, I have no control over each country’s regulations. Every country has its own rules and thresholds so please check with your local custom office to avoid surprises.
Product prices do not include customs, or import taxes.

How does ordering work?
Everything is handmade by me so whenever I build up a small collection I open limited webshop sales. Sign up here and follow on instagram to stay in the loop for drops and promos.

What happens if my item breaks in transit?

Please take clear photos of the outer packaging, inner packaging, and the damaged item, and email them to: klayfulceramics@gmail.com

All items are insured, and I’ll sort it out with you.

 

Can I return it if I don’t like it?

No returns, sorry. Let’s make sure you love it before you buy it. Each piece is handmade and one of a kind. Not machine-made or perfectly identical which makes it special and unique. All items are shown with detailed photos and descriptions so you know exactly what you’re ordering. If you are still not sure please contact me and I will share more details.
And if you don’t like it after you have received it? Hide it in the garage. It might be worth more after I’m dead…
