Klayful is a handmade ceramics brand offering unique, artisan-crafted products. Each item is individually made and may vary slightly in colour, shape, size, and finish. These variations are not defects but part of the handmade process.
We reserve the right to update, modify, or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will take effect once published on our website.

Orders & Acceptance
When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase a product.

Pricing & Payment
All prices are listed in South African Rand ~ ZAR.
We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice. However, you will always be charged the price displayed at checkout at the time of purchase.
We accept payment via the methods provided on our website checkout.
Shipping & Delivery
Shipping times are estimates only and may vary depending on destination, customs processes, and courier delays.
We are not responsible for:

Once an order has been dispatched, responsibility for the parcel transfers to the courier service.
Risk & Ownership
Ownership of products transfers to the customer once full payment has been received and the order has been dispatched.
Risk of loss or damage transfers to the customer upon shipment.

Prize Draw & Voucher Terms
Entry and Participation
By purchasing a ticket, participants receive:

One entry into the Mugina prize draw for a chance to win one of the featured mugs.

One voucher credit with a value of R150, redeemable towards a future purchase from the Klayful webshop, subject to the terms below.
Purchase of a ticket does not guarantee receipt of any physical product unless the participant is selected as a winner.
Participants may purchase multiple tickets. Each ticket purchased constitutes a separate entry into the prize draw and includes a separate voucher credit.
The prize draw will run until 30 June 2026.
Voucher Credit
Voucher credits will be issued via email after the closing date of the prize draw.
Voucher credits:

Are valid from 30 August 2026 until 30 August 2036.

Have a redemption value of R150 per voucher.
-
May only be redeemed through the Klayful webshop.
-
May only be applied towards the purchase of physical products.
-
Cannot be exchanged for cash, refunded, transferred, resold, or converted into any other form of credit.
-
Cannot be applied retrospectively to previous purchases.
-
Cannot be used to purchase additional prize draw tickets unless expressly stated otherwise.
Each voucher may be applied to one product only.
Customers holding multiple valid vouchers may use multiple vouchers within the same transaction, provided that no more than one voucher is applied to any individual product.
For example, a customer purchasing three mugs may redeem up to three voucher credits in the same order, with one voucher applied to each mug.
If the purchase price of a product exceeds R150, the customer is responsible for paying the remaining balance together with any applicable shipping charges, customs duties, taxes, or other fees.
If the purchase price of a product is less than R150, any unused voucher value is forfeited and cannot be carried forward, refunded, or credited toward future purchases.
Klayful reserves the right to verify voucher validity before redemption and may refuse redemption in cases of fraud, misuse, duplication, tampering, or unauthorised use.
Winner Selection
Following the closing date, winners will be selected at random from all eligible entries.
The first winner drawn will be entitled to select one mug from the four featured mugs displayed on the prize draw page.
A second winner will then be drawn and will be entitled to select one mug from the remaining featured mugs.
Winner Notification
Winners will be notified via the email address provided at the time of purchase and may also be announced on Klayful’s website and social media channels.
If a winner cannot be contacted within 14 days, fails to respond, or is unable to accept the prize, Klayful reserves the right to select an alternative winner.
Donation of Proceeds
A portion of the proceeds from ticket sales will be donated to an organisation that supports survivors of sexual abuse and works to protect children.
Refunds and Cancellations
All ticket purchases are final.
Except where required by applicable law, no refunds, cancellations, exchanges, or credits will be provided after purchase.
Participation in the prize draw and the issuance of voucher credits form part of the value received by the participant upon purchase.
General
Klayful reserves the right to amend these terms where reasonably necessary, provided such amendments do not unfairly prejudice participants who have already purchased tickets.
Any attempt to manipulate, abuse, or interfere with the prize draw may result in disqualification.
These terms shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa.
